FAQ:
• Yes, I do have a printer I use for some print jobs. However you are free to use whoever you please.

• PLEASE provide specs from your prefered printer. Each use their own and I need to design art according to their requirements.

• ALL photos and images MUST be royalty free and submitted in high resolution (300dpi). For example, if you want your photo on a flyer or a CD, it MUST be sized at least at 5"x5" and the resolution must be a minimum of 300dpi. This means nothing snatched from the web (NO Facebook, NO twitter, NO myspace) and google searches. Anything less will be refused and will hold up production.

• All logos must be submitted as in EPS, AI, PDF, or at 300dpi NON-FLATTENED PSD file.

• Prices & design fees are based on complexity and time consumption of your project. Reasonable quotes will be given.

• PLEASE provide ALL final information before submitting job request. Yes, things change, but as long as I have as much info as possible, it makes the project much easier to layout.

• I am not a photographer or an illustrator. Some stock photos and imagery may be used in some projects. Feel free to send me images you'd like to use as well.

• Have I mentioned how important 300dpi is? DPI = Dots Per Inch. Remember, the higher the resolution, the better the image's quality.

• PAYMENTS:
Paypal deducts about 4% of any transaction. You will be responsible for paying the 4% they deduct from any payment for custom artwork and especially printing fees. So if you spend $50 on a design, you need to add $1.75 to the final price. Total $51.75.

• Final versions of the projects will not be released until the payment has fully cleared.

• Delivery has been free for years. As of June 1, 2011 there will be a delivery charge depending on your location (gas and tolls).
